The fight against “legal highs”.

The Leader of Cheshire West & Chester Council, Councillor Mike Jones, and the Executive Member for Community & Environment, Cllr Lynn Riley, have written to the Home Secretary asking for help to combat the dangers of “legal highs”.

This follows an unsuccessful prosecution attempt by the council following the hospitalisation of a 17 year old who had been bought a legal high called “GOGAINE”.
