Computers 4 Africa Collecting In Chester

Councillors have received the following communication from the fantastic charity Computers 4 Africa, which I wanted to share with you in case you or the company you work for may be able to help out.

Our schools, local businesses, and neighbourhoods make up our community. We all know how important it is that we work together to keep our community clean and green. With help from Computers 4 Africa, councils, schools, businesses, and individuals have a safe, secure, and green way to find a new home for their redundant IT. It’s easy to donate your old IT to Computers 4 Africa, and we will be in your area soon.

Location: Unit 2A, The Greyhound Retail Park, Chester CH1 4QG
(next to Boots, SCS and Next)

Date: Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th July 2013

Time: 9am to 5pm

Donated equipment is securely datawiped, refurbished, and sent to schools and community projects across Africa. We accept equipment that is working, and less than 8 years old. Free collection for larger quantities (T & C’s apply).
