NEW 25 YEAR LEASE ON THE BOSHAW CENTRE FOR DUNHAM HILL AND HAPSFORD COMMUNITY PROJECT

The Dunham Hill and Hapsford Community Project has a new 25 year lease on the Boshaw Centre.

Boshaw CentreCouncil Leader Councillor Mike Jones and Clive Fielding of The Dunham Hill and Hapsford Community Project have exchange contracts for the new lease on the Boshaw Centre in Dunham Hill, watched by (L to R) Claire Jones (DHHCP), Council Chief Executive Steve Robinson and Councillor Eleanor Johnson.

The new lease is an acknowledgement of the successful stewardship of the Boshaw Centre by the Community Project, which took over the facility, formerly Dunham Hill village primary school, when it closed in 2008.

The Boshaw Centre is self-funding, offering the community a venue for clubs, parties, sports and events, including the village fete.

Claire and Clive say that the new lease will allow the Dunham Hill and Hapsford Community Project to improve the facilities offered by the Boshaw Centre for everyone in the area to enjoy.
